She has worked with a broad range of companies including The North Face, Ball Corporation, Vail Resorts, Fathom Events, Red Bull, and the LoveYourBrain Foundation.

Phil Inge is a multi-disciplinary creative who specializes in branding and digital design. His 12+ years of design experience have taken him through a variety of agencies working with brands like Netflix, Warner Brothers, and Ball Corporation. He is currently working with the Ball Sustainability team, Sweet Action Ice Cream, Groundwrk, and teaches at Denver Ad School.
Randall Hartman
Randall Hartman is the founder of Groundwrk and also the Interactive Creative Director. He oversees the entire creative process, approving any and all creative before it hits client eyes. His industry experience kicked off in 2011 and since he has lead projects for Frontier Airlines, ReMax, GolfTec, The Boppy Company, Vail Resorts, Fathom Events, and Tuff shed.
Mary Kate Gough
Mary Kate Gough combines 10+ years of copywriting experience with a fierce passion for brand advertising. She’s happy to turn her way with words into your way with words, all with a positive attitude and the occasional wisecrack. She comes from a background of agencies and breweries, serves as a creative advisor for successful startup Jeli.io, and backs it all up with an eclectic portfolio of both B2B and B2C campaigns for brands like Humana, Vail Resorts, Kroger, and ANB Bank.
